President & Chief Executive Officer
Stacey Gabriel has been with Hocking Valley Community Hospital since January 1995, and was recently appointed CEO & President in June, 2018. She started her career at HVCH working as an LPN in the Skilled Nursing Facility. Throughout her career she has worked in various clinical settings including Med-Surg, Special Care Unit, Surgery, and the Emergency Department. In 1999 Stacey transitioned into a Nursing Supervisor role, and in 2004 became Director of the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and Emergency Preparedness where she served for eleven years. Prior to becoming CEO & President, Gabriel served as Chief Nursing Officer for almost three years.In addition to healthcare leadership at Hocking Valley Community Hospital, she has been involved in community and professional associations. Previously, she has worked as an experienced flight nurse with Air Evac Lifeteam and still currently works as an EMT-Basic with Hocking County EMS. Additionally, she has served on the following committees: Community Health Improvement Project; School Health Council; Project Lead the Way; Hocking College EMS Advisory Board; and Chairperson of Hocking County Local Emergency Planning Committee.
A native of Logan, Gabriel earned her Associates Degree in Nursing at Hocking College in 1995, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Ohio University in 2007, and her Masters Healthcare Administration and Masters Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2016. Stacey was raised in Logan, Ohio, and continues to reside here with her fiancé Josh, and their four children, Madison, Carter, Mollie, and Carson.
|Ginger Johnson, Executive Assistant - Ginger Johnson is Hocking Valley Community Hospital’s Executive Assistant. Employed with HVCH since 1997, she took her current position in 2015 following an 18 year history of working in various positions. Beginning as a receptionist in the Community Relations Office, she quickly began her ascent throughout the hospital and was promoted to Community Relations & Foundation Secretary. From there she transitioned to Secretary for vice President of Patient Services while also holding the position of Medical Staff Credentialing Secretary. Graduate of Logan High School, she also received her Associate’s Degree in Marketing and Customer Service from Hocking College, Nelsonville, Ohio. Her skills have enabled her to achieve Healthcare Worker of the Year Award in 2007, as well as serving on many committees including Employee Activities, Standards of Behavior and the Navigation Team. Married with three children, she states that her children’s interests have become her own. Very active in the local 4-H program, she currently serves as Alumni Advisor and 4-H Committee Member. She takes her annual vacation during the Hocking County Fair and loves photography, scrapbooking and baking. Of interesting note, her mother previously worked at HVCH, retiring after 31 years of service in the Accounts Payable Department. It would be fair to say that Ginger has practically grown up at HVCH.|

Chief Public Relations Officer - Latricia Johnston joined Hocking Valley Community Hospital as Chief Public Relations Officer in 2016. She came to HVCH from Fairfield Medical Center having served as Development Officer for the Foundation and more recently FMC’s Centennial Project Director. She brings to HVCH over 26 years of non-profit, corporate, higher education, marketing & communications and philanthropy. Johnston received her Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Christian University majoring in Business Administration in 2008, graduating cum laude and a member of Delta Epsilon Chi and Pinnacle Honor Society. More recently she received her certificate of completion through Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, the course study of planned giving through the University of Wisconsin Madison, Wisconsin School of Business, and the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy. She has worked for Central Ohio Technical College, Ohio Christian University, Faith Memorial Church, and Bob Evans Corporate Office. She currently serves as board member for Hocking Hills Chamber of Commerce and Fairfield Center for Disabilities and Cerebral Palsy. Johnston was raised near Gibisonville in Hocking County, the daughter of Rev. Lawrence and Etta Ruth Sullivan. In her spare time Latricia enjoys spending time with husband Steve Johnston, doing yoga, playing the piano, gardening, and walking her dog.

Human Resources Director - Lauren joined the HCVH team in 2017 and most recently served as the HR Director at Respite Connections, Inc., a small nonprofit organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities in Central Ohio. Lauren brings with her over 19 years of human resources experience in healthcare, human services, and nonprofits. In 2000, she graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University and completed her Masters in Business Administration from Capital University in 2006. Lauren serves as a volunteer trustee and officer for the Brain Injury Association of Ohio and the Central and Southern Ohio Chapter of the ALS Association. She grew up in Hilliard, Ohio and currently resides in Columbus with her husband, Brett, and their dog, Ozzie. Lauren enjoys gardening, antiquing, crafting, reading, and taking road trips whenever she can.
|Roy Davis, MBA, RRT|
Growth and Business Development Director - Roy started at HVCH in 1997 as a respiratory therapist and became Director of Cardiopulmonary/Cardiovascular and Sleep Medicine in 2000. He was appointed Director of Growth and Development in January of 2018, and prior to joining HVCH served in the United States Army and Ohio Health as a medic then respiratory therapist. Roy received his Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University and his Masters in Business Administration from Ohio Christian University. He and his wife Sarah reside in Nelsonville, and are the proud parents of four children: Lyndsie, Taylor, Casey and Emily.
