Foundation Events

Our Annual Auction and Golf Tournament is a two-day event held on a Friday-Saturday in mid-July at the Brass Ring Golf Club in Logan.

For the golf tournament, choose one of two tee times: 8:30 a.m. or 1:15 p.m. The field is open to 184 golfers and the entry fee is $125 per person. The tournament is a four-person scramble with handicap. Entry fees include green fees, cart, lunch, dinner, gift bags and a special gift for each golfer.

Auction night begins with a Social Hour at 5:00 p.m. followed by your choice of a cookout on the patio or a prime rib and dessert buffet in the dining room. The Silent Auction begins at 6:00 p.m., and the Lively Auction conducted by Ray Dennis begins at 7:00 p.m. Ray and his team contribute their time and supplies.

The event is sponsored by Pepsi Cola Bottling of Athens.

The 2008 Tournament is scheduled for Saturday, July 19.
