33rd Annual Golf Tournament

Join us in supporting Hocking Valley Community Hospital through the HVCH Foundation Annual Golf Tournament!

Registration includes: Breakfast, greens fee, cart fee, lunch, refreshments and golfer gift. The format of the tournament is four-person scramble with tee time at 9:00 a.m.

Registration is $150 per golfer. Register now until May 15th and save $25 per golfer.

This year, the golf tournament will consist of one flight with a maximum of 28 teams. Take advantage of the early bird special for a discounted rate and to ensure your team gets a spot!

The tournament committee reserves the right to determine handicaps for those with no established handicap. Max male handicap is 20. Max female handicap is 30. Prizes awarded to Low Net Score, Low Gross Score, Longest Drive (Men’s and Women’s) and Longest Putt.
