The Department of Pharmacy provides integrated, cost-effective pharmaceutical services to HVCH. These patient-focused services include medication delivery primarily through automated dispensing cabinets (Pyxis), therapeutic recommendations, and promotion of optimal drug therapy.

340B Prescription Drug Discount Program

Hocking Valley Community Hospital patients are eligible to participate in the prescription discount program called The 340B Program.  This program can provide our patients prescription discounts of up to 75% on medications prescribed by their Hocking Valley provider. Participating pharmacies include Shrivers Pharmacy, Walmart and Kroger.
